Terms and Conditions
Arenabets Affiliate Program is aimed at people whose activities are linked to the internet: IT-managers, web developers, administrators and PR-managers of various Internet resources.
- For advertising agents — everyone who thanks to your ad campaign comes to us and register as a partner (webmaster), becomes a source of your income. We guarantee you a certain part of the net profits received by us from your client. Identification of the partner will occur on your personal promotional code indicated in the registration of the webmaster.
- For webmasters — everyone who through your affiliate site comes to us, register and make bets, becomes a source of your income. We guarantee you a certain part of the net profits received by us from your client (game turnover less payments on winnings and contributions to the bets). Identification of the player will be provided by the hyperlink through which he follow on the page of the Arenabets website.
1. General
1.1. The company sells Arenabets affiliate program in accordance with these Rules.
1.2. To participate in the Arenabets affiliate program allowed persons aged 18 years. Responsibility for violation of this paragraph shall be on a person registered for participation in the affiliate program.
1.3. Participation in the partner program implies acceptance of these terms.
1.4. The interaction between the partner and Arenabets will be provided through the administrative interface of the site affiliate program.
1.5. Arenabets shall provide the affiliate with a variety of advertising material (e.g. logos, banners, graphics, texts) to be included on the website of the affiliate. By including this advertising material on the website, the affiliate enables the users of his website to access directly the Arenabets website.
2. Registration
2.1. Arenabets shall provide an online application form which the affiliate shall complete and transmit electronically (via the affiliate website) to Arenabets. After the completed form has been sent, Arenabets shall check the application. If Arenabets accepts the application, the affiliate shall receive a written confirmation. Arenabets expressly reserves the right to not accept or refuse applications at their own discretion without restrictions.
2.2. When entering into the agreement, the affiliate shall receive an affiliate ID. Customers which are referred to the Arenabets website via an advertising medium on the website of the affiliate and their bets made in this context and other game activities are registered by the advertising material code provided via the affiliate programm.
3. Duties of Arenabets
3.1. Arenabets shall provide the affiliate with all information required for the proper inclusion of the advertising material.
3.2. Arenabets shall administer sales generated via the advertising material, record the net profit and the amount of commissions resulting from the advertising material, provide the affiliate with sales statistics and perform customer services in connection with the business transaction.
4. Responsibilities of an Affiliate
4.1. You warrant and undertake that:
- you have full capacity and authority and all necessary licences, permits and consents to enter into this Agreement and any other documents executed by you that may be associated with this Agreement;
- you will at all times conduct yourself with all due skill, care and diligence and in accordance with your own established procedures and all applicable laws, enactments, orders, regulations and other similar instruments;
- you will comply with Arenabets's security guidelines and requirements as may be issued by Arenabets from time to time whether in writing or otherwise;
- all information you provided in applying to join the Affiliate Programme Site is correct and that you will notify us promptly of any changes;
- you will keep secret and not allow anyone else to use your login and password details for the website;
- the website, or any part thereof, is not aimed at people under 18 years old;
- you will not directly or indirectly offer any potential Customer any incentive (including, without limitation, payment of money or other benefit) to use the Links on the Internet Site;
- you have obtained and will maintain in force all necessary registrations, authorisations, consents and licences to enable you to fulfil its obligations under this Agreement and that you will fully comply with, and shall continue to fully comply with, all applicable laws and regulations;
- your website not contain any material which is defamatory, violent, pornographic, unlawful, threatening, obscene or racially, ethnically, or otherwise discriminatory or in breach of any third party rights and shall not link to any such material.
4.2. You agree that:
- neither you nor your immediate family or friends may become Customers and you shall not be entitled to any payment under this Agreement in relation to such family or friends. Immediate family in this context means your spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling;
- we may monitor your website ensure you are complying with the terms of this Agreement and you will provide us with all data and information (including, but not limited to, passwords) to enable us to perform such monitoring at no cost to us.
5. Paying Out
5.1. You will receive a commission for every new player or partner Arenabets. Those new users who come to our site following your links, register and start playing, is considered a partner.
5.2. The value of the partnership for advertising agents depends on the net profit webmasters and it is 5%.
5.3. The value of the partnership for webmasters depends on the players and the net profit and it is:
- 0 RUR — 100 000 RUR — 25%
- 100 001 RUR — 300 000 RUR — 30%
- 300 001 RUR — 1 000 000 RUR — 33%
- over 100 000 001 RUR — 35%
5.4. The commission shall be calculated at the end of the month and paid until the 20th of the following month provided that a minimum amount of 500 RUR – has been reached. If this minimum amount is not achieved in a month, the commission shall be carried forward until it amounts to 500 RUR. Any amounts less than 30 RUR, are forfeited at the end of the month.
5.5. Commission fees are paid by all available means withdrawal site Arenabets. Payments are made in Russian rubles. Bank charges is always carried out by the client. Arenabets can change the ways payments unilaterally.
5.6. After Arenabets has accepted the registration, the affiliate shall be able to access his personal online statistics with his user name and password in order to become informed about the current state of his sales and the remunerations resulting from it.
6. Data Protection
6.1. You acknowledge that the security of Arenabets's data and its systems is fundamental to the business of Arenabets and if you become aware of a breach or potential breach of security relating to the Links, you will immediately notify Arenabets of such breach or potential breach and use your best endeavours to ensure that any potential breach does not become an actual breach and/or remedy any actual breach and its consequences.
7. Termination
7.1. The agreement can be terminated by either party at any time with immediate effect without giving any prior notice and without giving a reason. In any case Arenabets terminates the agreement, if the partner violated essential obligations of this agreement or the execution of this agreement is not permitted by law or has become inadmissible.
7.2. After the termination of the agreement, the affiliate is not entitled to receive further remuneration or other compensation of Arenabets.
